My name is Leo and I started RealEstating several years back when Jen became an agent. I would assist her with marketing strategy and new client acquisition- my sales background made it effortless and extremely engaging. Seeing the quality and care with which she handled every single transaction and the tenacity with which she protected her clients interests made her a role model in Real Estate for me. Slowly I became more and more inclined in becoming a fully licensed real estate representative and early last year (2015) I decided to tackle the courses and within three months I was awarded my license. Within our team we like to think becoming a realtor is not difficult, but being reputable, knowledgeable, and staying true to your values as a realtor is a challenge that we embrace everyday. Our reputation and stats are our number one priority and the end goal for us is not the commission at the end of every deal but the depth of the relationship we establish with our clients. It was not long ago that we started a yearly gathering for our clients and team members and seeing the humility of these human beings along with different but spectacular personalities in each of them, all under the same roof—is the silver lining we have been looking forward to all these years. We will strive to make our team and clientele base one of quality, not quantity and we hope you can one day be part of what we consider our extended ‘family’.
